Easy to Assemble!
I received my chair yesterday and I was a bit taken back by all the negative reviews. However, most of the recent positive reviews gave me the push to buy this chair. I mostly wanted this chair because of the lower back support pillow, but also the leg rest it comes with. It’s pretty great so far!I assembled this around 9pm at night with no help, and it took probably roughly an hour for me (give or take) since I had some of the pieces positioned differently and I wasn’t able to screw some screws in. I had to readjust a couple times, but nothing to worry about honestly. I think what was a bit difficult as first is placing the wheels on since you’re supposed to hear a “click,” but some wheels were a bit difficult to push in because the wheel kept spinning and I had to kinda shimmy it into place.This chair adjusts really well (in terms of height of the chair and if you want it to lean back/forward more), the cushions might be a bit stiff at first, but I think once you continue to use this chair it should feel a bit better. Comfort wise? It’s pretty good for now. I work from home Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I’m currently only on my 5th hour and it’s still pretty comfy. The leg rest is nice, but I don’t think it’ll work for everyone who’s taller than 5’1-5’4″.The only annoying thing is that you can’t really adjust the pillow and cushion straps. I have to re-adjust the cushions whenever I do sit down. So if you end up not using the cushions, it should be fine.Overall, I think it’s a great chair, especially for the price. I had another chair I bought off amazon and it started to get really uncomfortable for me. The added pillows and cushions make it a lot better to work long hours. Thank you!

Bought this right when they sent us home for the pandemic and the 4 years since I’ve used it for my 40 hour work weeks as well as daily gaming. It’s comfortable, easy to assemble, but the lumbar support and head pillow are a joke, the straps stretched on their own and no longer have any sort of grip to the chair itself even after the first year. Biggest flaw is about 2 years ago I was reclining on it which I often do and the back completely snapped off sending me falling backwards and my back bent at a 200 degree angle lol. I’m 165lbs and I could have been seriously hurt but luckily wasn’t, just terrified at the time. Support quickly sent me a replacement part (control unit) free of charge although they made it clear the warranty had long ago expired. Looks like others have had the same issue as well. Ever since I got the new part, the chair has not been able to go up or down which has been tolerable but not ideal. Well, now the material is very worn and starting to make a mess on my floor from the foam falling apart as well as starting to become uncomfortable but I can confidently say I got my money’s worth out of this chair. Time to buy a new one now and I won’t be purchasing this chair again out of fear my back won’t survive another fall like that. Great chair that felt good as new for the first 6 months, I don’t recommend it if you’re recline a lot, or if you are heavy/long term use like I did. it’s also creaky and really loud now.

Comfortable (Durability in question).
Bought this is Sept, has been a daily user. Did not adjust levels at all. I weigh 190. It broke in the middle in that time frame. Not a good product if it only lasts 5 monthsContacted Seller, unresponsive. A hundred bucks down the drain.Update:Seller has responded. Completely my faultOn the timing as my email was full (I did search, but still failed to see it).Seller has sent me a new control (portion that controls height, lean, etc.) this was the part that had broke on mine.Will update again if same thing happens.

Amazing chair
Everything is great about this chair it looks good, it works well, it moves around great not too hard to assemble not too heavy, and the massager removes tension in your back. The only thing that I would say you should care about is you are a wide build it might be too narrow for you im a wide build and it was a bit narrow at first but I’m used to it now. Also hieght doesn’t matter.

The comfort is there, not the most stable.
For one, I’m 6′ and over 200lbs. This chair is excellent for people who are 5’10” and under. It’s still more comfortable than my last computer chair, but this is NOT worth the price I paid.The lumbar pad is nice. The neck pad is small. I can’t recline at all and then also lie my head back unless I am into just basically looking at the ceiling.The leg rest… thing… is probably the worst one I’ve ever seen. The bars are thin and the pad is small. This is more like a behind-the-knees rest than anything, and for anyone my height, it might actually cut the circulation to your feet.The armrests are poorly positioned and can NOT be adjusted.You need football player wide shoulders and you have to slouch (if you’re near to my height) for your arms to reach them.Also, I have a tick with my leg from anxiety. I noticed if I’m tapping my foot or shaking my leg (like I do) then the chair slowly lowers itself.If you’re over 5’10” and aren’t fairly lightweight, ignore this.If the price point were more like $75 then then the worth would be more appropriate. Overall I rate this 5/10, but the main seat and backing are fairly comfortable, so maybe a 6/10 if I’m being generous.I’m just going to have to save up for a better one, because returning stuff like this for a refund is a huge hassle.
