MAKE SURE IT UPDATED
Hello I purchased this pc and I was going to give it 2 ⭐️ because it wasn’t downloading anything eI wanted to use keeps saying something like “ oh it won’t dl it isn’t Microsoft store approved” what I had to do was turn off S mode in settings and THEN make SURE THE PC IS UPDATED! I think during start up when I first opened it I may have either skipped it or jsut didn’t update but UPDATE IT MANUALLY if it isn’t updating it runs like a 500$ pc NOW so maybe hit up the other customers that are having a problem and make sure they update it ALL I had like 20 updates or more before they return it or suggest it to customers thank you for this pc it’s cheap runs great I almost returned myself but 5 ⭐️ after I figured out what I didn’t do. Hope this helps future customers ! Xo thank you again, 😘 works great now.

Slow piece of crap
It’s cheap and can maybe help a poor college student who doesn’t have much money, but don’t expect to do much else with this clunky, languid hunk of plastic – I have just got this thing as of a few hours ago and have all but on thing open (Chrome – which you MUST disable S-mode to use) and the words are lagging as I’m typing this review – which is unfortunate because this device also has some unresponsive keys so I’m having to return frequently and make sure that I haven’t (actually the device, but I’ll be generous and take the fault) misspelt anything. Don’t even think about opening more than one tab; the device will start spinning and start asking you how to deal with unresponsive pages should you attempt to open even so much as *one* additional tab while you’ve got only one open. I have just attempted to test this while typing my review, and not only did it need to reload the page on a tab I already had open prior to this, attempting to return to this page after the frustration generated by trying to revisit a page I already had opened resulted in this page freezing and needing to reload before I could continue my review. This is because the thing uses eMMC storage, which I am now finding out is notoriously slow. Get this thing because you are poor and only need it for one thing, and pray that it can even do that one thing reasonably.EDITED AGAIN: It’s almost comical how bad this thing is; the first few attempts I made at connecting it to the my network ended in failure, only for the 4th time to be successful. The device froze and became totally unresponsive and I was forced to turn it off and turn it back on (it was laboring under the burden of 3 tabs being open), at which point I had to turn it off and on AGAIN because it wasn’t able to reboot after being restarted. It installed some updates (lol), and then proceeded to lose internet connectivity again, this time taking at least 6 attempts, manually, to get it to connect. Moreover, it does not display any icons on the taskbar, you have to hover the mouse icon over them in order to get their names to display in order to figure out what you’re clicking on.I recently suggested that this thing should be used only for school purposes and nothing else, but after seeing what a craptastic job it did of facilitating MyMathLab, I’m halfway reconsidering even giving it commendations for scholastic or educational purposes; it took it 8 tries to finally display anything in MyMathLab, and that was WITH pop-ups enabled, on a browser recommended for use by MML.The mouse pad is also frequently unresponsive. Really, just don’t get this awful contraption.
