This one has a defective battery charging function – battery won’t charge.
Product is garbage. So annoyed right now. It’s plugged in and running off the power brick, but it is not charging the battery.Edit: So, I ordered another 3190 2-in-1 laptop with a 128 GB SSD, and discovered that the power supply on this first one is defective and won’t charge the battery, because I tried the 2nd power supply from the 2nd laptop on it and it charged. I also discovered that the 64 GB SSD is not upgradeable and you’re stuck with only 64 GB of drive space. I know this, because I bought a low-power 1 TB Patriot SSD to upgrade this laptop, only to find out it’s not possible.For the same $99.99 price, go buy the 128 GB version of this laptop so you can install a larger SSD, like I did.

Bad Battery Life and Bad Keys
If I could give this product four and a half stars that’s about where I would put it. Considering it is a refurbished computer, it works very well. The package came secure with the computer, a charger, and info on the warranty. I’ve been using the laptop for about a week and a half or so and I’ve had no major problems with it. One thing I would point out is that the battery life is significantly worse than if I had bought this device brand new. I get a maximum of 3 hours on a full charge. In addition, some of the keys are difficult to press, but not a single one is dysfunctional. Overall, I think it’s very much worth the $125 I spent on it. I also went with the “Refurbished-Excellent” option when purchasing.

Computer works great looked basically brand new when it came in and just works great not to mention it was just $100! I did get the excellent option for the refurbished type

For the price. It’s pretty great.
I just wanted to start writing again and play some little free DND type games. 80 bucks is a solid price. While gaming atleast it heats up pretty fast, but after 10-15 minutes it’s good to go. I’m sure in the future I’ll purchase a fan if I end up gaming enough. You get what you pay for. If you want lightening speeds, big games, etc, is look in a different direction.

BUYER BE AWARE!!!!
I bought this laptop for my son forhisjob. He received it today and went to turn it on, only to discover that it was on and in sleep mode. He started getting suspicious when he noticed that there was other accounts already on it and was set up for the original account holder to have remote access. He was working with his work IT department and they have had to wipe the hard drive completely and install Windows 11. If he hadn’t became suspicious and sat up the laptop with any personal information, whoever had the original account would have been able to steal his information and accessed his work information.
